Friday, August 10th
Arrive Friday afternoon or evening, gathering dockside to chat and meet friends old and new.

6:00 PM - Our hosts at Fair Point Marina will have a cocktail hour for us around 6PM, after which members may head down to the Pleasant Beach Inn or O'Connors for dinner (dutch).

Saturday, August 11th
At the moment there are no special plans for the day's activities.  The organizers are looking into the possibility of having a seminar on boat maintenance.  Members are encouraged to take in the sights of downtown Fair Haven, a quaint little town which is enjoying increased popularity and growth in recent years.  The downtown area includes several bars, restaurants, gift shops, a day spa, an art store featuring the works of local artists, and the cookie lady among other attractions.  A golf course is only three miles from the marina and the Sterling Renaissance Festival is still in session too (http://www.sterlingfestival.com/home.html). 

6:00PM - Cocktails at Fair Point Marina.  The marina will be serving beer, wine and rum drinks from their tacky little Tiki Bar on the beach.  Enjoy spectacular views of Lake Ontario and one of the best sunsets you will ever see.  Members are free to bring an appetizer to share.

7:00PM - Group Photo

7:30PM - Tiki Bar Party & Dinner on the Beach.  Entertainment will be provided either by a live band or DJ (details to be confirmed shortly).

There will be no charge for the Cocktail Reception and the Tiki Bar Party and Dinner.  Empire Yacht Sales is sponsoring the event.

Sunday, August 12th

9:00AM - Pancake Breakfast.

Reservations
Fair Point Marina should have approximately 10 slips available for the weekend depending on the sizes of the participating boats.  Those making reservations and/or arriving first will get their pick of space.  The marina will be monitoring VHF Channel 16 so approaching boats can contact the fleet for directions or docking assistance.  When the marina is full, we will make arrangements to have boats stay at the Pleasant Beach Inn, the Fair Haven Yacht Club or members are free to stay on the hook in Meadow Cove in Little Sodus Bay.
